The Early Bronze Age brings tin bronze, the Únětice culture in central Europe, Wessex in Britain and the Aegean palaces, with flat axes, daggers, ingot torcs and gold ornaments. Round barrows and single graves are the burial mode. Amber and metal trade links the continent.
