Peronopsis interstricta

Agnostid

Peronopsis interstricta is the tiny, blind, two-segmented agnostid of the Wheeler Shale, often found in clusters on the same slabs as Elrathia. Agnostids are less than a centimetre long and easily overlooked; multi-specimen plates are inexpensive and instructive. Whether agnostids are true trilobites is still debated.
