Natrolite
Na2Al2Si3O10·2H2O
Natrolite is the needle zeolite, forming radiating sprays of slender white to colourless prisms in basalt cavities at Bound Brook and Paterson (New Jersey), Mont Saint-Hilaire (Quebec), the Deccan Traps and Russia's Kola Peninsula. Mont Saint-Hilaire produced giant crystals. The fine needles are brittle and shed.
