NAGPRA

The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990, which vests Native American human remains, funerary objects, sacred objects and objects of cultural patrimony in the tribes and makes trafficking in them a crime (18 U.S.C. 1170). Stratum blocks the sale of anything in these classes on every venue, whatever the paperwork.
