Richardoestesia
Small theropod (teeth)
Richardoestesia is a small Late Cretaceous theropod known almost entirely from teeth: narrow, tall crowns with tiny, uniform serrations (R. gilmorei) or straight-edged crowns (R. isosceles). It is a tooth taxon of convenience used across the Judith River, Two Medicine and Hell Creek formations. Its teeth are cheap microsite finds often confused with dromaeosaurs and birds.
