Pachycephalosaurus wyomingensis
Dome-headed dinosaur
Pachycephalosaurus is the thick-skulled dinosaur of the Hell Creek and Lance formations, known mostly from its solid dome and the horned skull ornaments. Dome fragments and complete domes are the collectible parts; postcrania are rare. Small leaf-shaped teeth are sometimes offered but are hard to distinguish from other ornithischians.
