Globe-toothed mosasaur
Globidens is the shell-crushing mosasaur whose hemispherical, wrinkled teeth look like small mushrooms; G. phosphaticus from the Moroccan phosphates supplies most trade specimens. The rounded crowns are unmistakable and popular with collectors; check that the wrinkled enamel is not resin-cast.
