Dug relic

A metal-detected or excavated historic-period object — a button, a buckle, a bullet, a bottle — as opposed to a non-dug (attic) example.

A metal-detected or excavated historic-period object — a button, a buckle, a bullet, a bottle — as opposed to a non-dug (attic) example. Dug condition is expected and honest; the land-status and permission questions are exactly the same as for prehistoric material.
